The Dallas Islamic Center hosted Mr. Robert E. Casey Jr., Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Dallas Field Office, as part of the Community Talk Series program. The event took place on Saturday October 2, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. Before the talk, DIC officials gave a tour of the facilities to Mr. Casey and brief information about DIC. In his talk, Mr. Casey gave information on the role of FBI in US government and explained what FBI investigates under two categories: national security priorities, and criminal priorities. He also answered questions audience had after the talk.
